Across DEAS Group, we work to ensure that the managed properties reduce their environmental impact and obtain energy from more renewable sources.

Solar panels are one of our focus areas. They are being installed across the Nordic managed property portfolio and can generate large amounts of renewable energy with minimal CO2 impact.

For example, in 2022, we installed solar panels on ten of our properties in Finland and numerous other properties across the Nordic countries. In addition, several solar energy projects are in the pipeline for properties managed by us throughout the Nordic countries. In all of these properties, the use of renewable energy is increased, ensuring environmental friendliness, and preserving the value of the property.

There are several reasons why solar panels can be a good investment for the property portfolio:
