About the job

Would you like to work as a Property Manager in a Finnish real estate fund? DEAS Asset Management Finland Oy is looking to hire 3 Property Managers, located in south, central and northern Finland.

Your responsibilities would include the following (for example):

• Active contact with tenants to ensure a positive tenant experience.
• Maintenance and upkeep planning for the fund’s properties, as well as implementing repair measures in collaboration with partners and service providers.
• Full responsibility for management of properties, including environmental considerations, budgeting for the properties, and cost monitoring.
• Advice on cost estimates for renovation projects, property refurbishments, and tenant improvements.

We expect you to have a relevant technical education (e.g., Building Services Engineer/Construction Engineer) and/or work experience in the field, self-motivation, a positive attitude, the ability to prioritize and schedule your work, the ability to handle pressure, and good communication and interpersonal skills. We value a proactive approach to work and proficiency in using information systems. The position may require occasional travel throughout Finland.
