Energy efficiency project

During the year 2023, an energy efficiency project was carried out in the property at Malmin kauppatie 12 by Enerz, where modern motors were installed in the ventilation units, and a water-air heat pump (VILP) was added to the system. This enables smoother indoor air conditions for the users of the property in the future.
