Appointment

DEAS Asset Management Finland Ltd. has appointed Marko Uusitalo (Southern Finland), Mikko Vanhala (Northern Finland), and Mika Kangasaho (Central Finland) as property managers for the Finnish property fund DEAS Property Fund Finland I Ky, effective from September 1, 2023.

DEAS Property Fund Finland I Ky (“DPFF”) is a property fund owned by Finnish investors with an approximate value of EUR 260 million. Its main owners are: Keva, LocalTapiola, Ilmarinen and the Church Pension Fund. DPFF was established in 2005. It invests in commercial properties throughout Finland.
